Why, why, why do some fans refuse to point the finger at the players? AS they're saying on the radio over and over, for the first 15mins of that second half, the team capitulated. The players. The people in the team strip on the pitch. It was not the fans that left early, it was not the fans that booed. It was the players.
Are we so blind? Are we so reluctant to expect people to take responsibility for their own actions, their own failures?
It really pisses me off that this "Let's blame the fans who sit in the stand, instead of the players on the pitch or the manager/coaching staff who prepare the players for the games and give them playing instructions, etc" attitude exists.
I love the albion, but I also hold people responsible for their own actions. The players lost this game, not the fans.
