self important lefty tossers who post oft repeated crap about hating jim davidson and thatcher, oh and NSCs alan partridge, with a vengeance.
Is it OK to hate Jim Davidson having had the "pleasure" of seeing him completely pissed up and acting like a complete cunt on the train back to Winchester from Waterloo one evening?

And it's ironic you accuse others of being self important for hating him, because that describes his behaviour on that journey down to a tea.

Its PERFECTLY ok to hate him for those reasons, its NOT ok to hate him for some dreary grudge because he once told a joke about a black man called chalky.

In October 2006, he was accused of making insensitive jokes about cancer sufferers, blind people, a woman in a wheelchair, and the recent trial over the murder of Damilola Taylor.

In December 2007, Davidson again courted controversy when he chose to make a joke about rape victims.

Is it OK to hate him becuase of this as well?

you say accused , can you show me some proof, or is it ok to just condemn him without any evidence because it suits your argument ?

At the end of the day, I KNOW he is a complete wanker and consequently KNOW full well he is capable of such things. Can't you just drop this crusade against anyone who isn't sufficiently right wing to sympathize with this cretin?

Short of watching the tapes no, and to be honest I've got too much work to do to be trawling the internet, but suffice to say I remember there being a massive hoo-hah about it and several walk outs and complaints.

He also admitted throwing a wobbler and cancelling a show because the front row was disabled people.

Anyway, my original point is that it doesn't make you a 'self-important left tosser' if you happen to dislike Jim Davidson.

you 'know' he is do you ? because he's a little bit too white working class , articulates their humour a little too close to the bone, and supports too many non right on forces charities for your delicate, middle class reigate sensibilities eh ?

oops i forgot, when you were a student you lived on the roughest estate in houghton regis , scene of the infamous 'bedfordshire riots'

This response to what I said is exactly why I can't take you seriously to be honest. Not only is it entirely irrelevent, it's also packed full of wrong

* I was never a student living in Houghton Regis. I lived there a while later in 1995, and still have friends who live on Lewsey Farm, where there were riots at the time.
* I'm fully supportive of the forces and associated charities - especially as friends of the family lost their son in Afghanistan. :( You won't find me popping up on threads explaining why wearing a white poppy is the right thing to do. And I've always been this way - I was even in the ACF as a teenager.
* I don't hate Davidson because he's white working class. I hate him because he's a VERY ignorant, VERY self absorbed twat.

You really do need to get over this tiresome white working class thing, bushy. It really is your problem, not mine.

If you hate Jim Davidson for his "insensitive" jokes, you gotta be hatin' Jimmy Carr for his "joke" about limbless soldiers.

Well?

Well personally I don't hate him for his insensitive jokes, although I don't find them very funny. Alan Carr's joke was also not very amusing.

God are you lot still banging on about Jim Davidson?

I can't stand the bloke, but let's not get all political about this, it's just because his sense of humour belongs in the 1970s and just doesn't make me laugh one bit. That's all.

You take me seriously enough to reply to ,no ? I'll get over this 'tiresome white working class thing' when comfortably off middle class knobbers like you stop advocating that asylum seekers should take preference in housing over the native population, when YOUR kid goes to a school where 70% of pupils dont have english as a first language, when the place YOU grew up in has changed beyond all recognition, when YOUR local health authority spends millions on translators, do you want me to go on , there s plenty more i could mention ?

kate garraway is a TOP piece of fluff.

She looks like a horse ??? I must be missing something there, as a few of my colleagues have a thing for her. Just can't see it myself.
