Even if he does l'd hand the ball to Glenn, (providing he wants it). Although he was successful with two out of his three spot kicks l was never confident that Pascale was going to score from any of them.

Murray conversion rate both with us (both spells) and in his career is below average though is it not ?

Hmmm whoever takes a penalty needs to totally believe that they are going to score though, and those three you mention need to concentrate on getting games under their belts first and foremost.
