Maybe the old Hoofer should be the PR agent for the McCanns, no one seems to believe a word any of them. Heather is on her last leg with this one!!

The sun have already started:

SIR Paul McCartney's estranged wife Heather Mills launched into angry tirades during interviews on GMTV and This Morning today - comparing herself to tragic Princess Diana.

Heather, who is locked in bitter divorce proceedings with Paul, became enraged and moaned that “a certain corner” of the media were “pushing her to the edge”.

Filthy

In her over-the-top appearances Heather – who posed for filthy porn pictures before marrying the Beatles legend - added that she had received death threats and had been “close to suicide”.

She stormed: "I have been persecuted. What did the paparazzi do to Princess Diana? They chased her and they killed her."

Mucca also compared herself to missing four-year-old Madeleine McCann's mum Kate.

"Look what they’re doing to the McCanns. The woman and the poor father have lost their daughter. What are we doing as a nation?

"What are we doing persecuting a woman that is devastated behind closed doors and trying to hold it together as I have for eighteen months."

She went on: "I've had worse press than a paedophile or a murderer and I've done nothing but charity for 20 years.

"They've called me a whore, a gold digger, a fantasist, a liar."

The 39-year-old also complained that she had endured "eighteen months of abuse and 4,400 abusive articles".

Earlier this year Heather, dubbed Mucca due to her colourful past, declared she wasn’t a publicity seeker before going on to appear all the major TV networks including Sky, BBC News 24 and ITN.

She gave countless interviews to try and save her face including telling US chat show host Larry King that it was the divorce lawyers who were dragging out the affair and that people were trying to destroy her.

But Mucca, who has a four-year-old daughter Beatrice with Paul, denied suggestions she had used the media for her own gain.

She bleated: "I haven't used the press for anything but my charity. I am the one that is abused daily."

During a lengthy campaign to blacken her ex’s name, Mucca sunk to new depths by claiming he beat her up during their marriage.

But, amazingly, on GMTV she claimed she has been trying to protect Paul - who has been seeing a heart specialist during his acrimonious split.

"I have protected Paul for this long and I am trying to protect him but I am being pushed to the edge," she fumed.

"I can sell my story right now. I'm trying to protect Paul and our daughter. I am trying, and I'm being pushed to the edge."

Paul, 65, generously gave Mucca £2 million at the start of the year as a ‘down payment’ for the eventual divorve settlement.

But when asked about the ongoing divorce case, Mucca reckoned she has been "offered nothing" and faced legal fees amounting to £1.5m.

She added: "I'm gagged at the moment because I'm not allowed to say a word while the media are fed this spin by a certain corner."

Mucca was recently slammed by cops for misusing the 999 emergency service.

She angered cops by calling them to complain she was being harassed by press and photographers.

His marital record with Linda suggests that he's not a totally off the rails weirdo.

From what you read and see, he was totally in love with Linda and absolutely devastated when she died. He was ripe for being moved in on by a similar looking woman who appeared to be a similar charitable motherly type, even though the world - and his kids - could see that it wasn't going to work. I feel sorry for him.

Never feel sorry for a millionaire. He just wanted his end away with a younger, fit bird and he got that. He also got screwed for money. Lesson learned. No whore is worth 25 million. He is an idiot if he didn't see it coming.

Given the circumstances I think that's a tad harsh.

And how can she moan about being £1.5m in debt in legal fees? No one's forced her to hire the most expensive lawyers in the world and if she's getting ripped off, then tough titties. It's not as if her lawyers are going to be sending the heavies round, because they know she's got a hefty pay-day coming up. Repellent woman.

I do agree with her views of the gutter press in this country and it would be a big step forward if they were completely irradicated, but she needs to take a step back (not sure if she can) and realise that she is feeding the monster she is whinging about. So what goes around comes around.

Personnally I couldn't give a stuff, I don't read the crap tabloids and I ignore this on the TV news.

most entertaining, using one form of the media to have a go at another. with the general theme of being slightly unhinged, she might come out of this attempted PR campaign with less from the divorce than she started, ie her child which Paul seems to have conceded is best with the mother.

It could just be she is being genuine, you must have a cold heart to not feel a bit for her yesterday also she has done sterling work trying to ban the abhorent Canadian Seal Pup culling for coats sessions so fair play to her for that

then why could she not shut up, take a house a couple of million to look after herself and their daughter and go off back to charity work? she's destroyed any prospect she had of continuing with her works.

There is the story doing the rounds about a certain former model who married and then divorced an ageing rocker claiming to give the 'best blowjobs in England'

On the El Pres paper review this morning on the mighty Channel M, I therefore managed to squeeze into the interview that people don't like her because she is
'cocky'
'trying to bite off more than she can swallow'
'needs to take it on the chin'
'blowing things out of proportion'

...achieving a 7.4 on the smut Richter scale in the process.

Media responds to Mills outburst

The British media has reacted angrily to Heather Mills' claims that press coverage has pushed her "to the edge". Mills, who is separated from Sir Paul McCartney, told breakfast TV station GMTV that she had received "worse press than a paedophile or a murderer".

But Daily Mail columnist Amanda Platell said: "No-one who watched her yesterday can now be in any doubt about the extent of her self-delusion." And The Sun ran the Beatles-inspired headline: "Help! She needs somebody." The Daily Star, under the headline: "Halloween? Mucca's far more scary!", described Mills as "self-pitying" as "she unleashed a bitter rant". The Daily Mirror described Mills' outburst as an "extraordinary and emotional interview". Guardian columnist Hugh Muir said the interview was "compulsive" because Mills "was furious from the outset".

But Telegraph journalist Bryony Gordon sympathised with the charity campaigner. "She may be overwrought, she may or may not be trying to screw the former Beatle for a hefty sum, but that doesn't make her worthy of the incredibly misogynistic abuse we tend to dish out to her and other women in the public eye."

Sir Paul and his estranged wife, who have a four-year-old daughter named Beatrice, announced in May 2006 that they were ending their four-year marriage. With the former Beatle's fortune estimated at £825m, it has the potential to be the most costly divorce in British legal history.

I think the term Mucca is very derogatory and insulting and she is now known as " Mucca " and nothing else, I think that would offend anyone
