Peep show is the best comedy that has been on TV in that last 5 years. No contest on this one.

Has to be The Inbetweeners. I'd much rather be in their gang them one of the Peep Show characters

Peep show was outstanding for the first couple of series but the new one seems to be flogging the idea just too hard.

Inbetweeners still fresh and inventive.

Peep show is ok but it's one of those programmes I can take or leave where as Inbetweeners is must watch TV.

PS Does anyone know where I can find the John Cleese quote about Basil Fawlty and Shakespeare/Hamlet? When asked to make a third series he told the Beeb that he'd got twice as much material out of the charachter as Shakespeare had from Hamlet so who is he to try and squeeze any more. Something along those lines - integrity and wisdom, would be good to know the real quiote though.

I came across (oo, er missus) Inbetweeners for the first time last week and was really impressed with it. I do like Peep Show a lot though.
