Peacehaven housing development plans?

Hi I am trying to find the actual plans online to the development planned north west of the Big park. My sister is looking to move to a house nearby and we want to see if the plans may affect her. I have searched and searched on the lewes district council planning site but I find it a mess! I can't seem to find it at all. Also I searched NSC and can't see it mentioned anywhere.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
