Interesting pre-Xmas promotion at Brentford for their game vs Stevenage on 22 Dec - you can pay what you like to get in, minimum £1, and if you decide to pay more than a fiver, then 50% goes to Sport Relief.

STEVENAGE TICKET PROMOTION

What an excellent idea....mind you, surprised that Palace didn't think of it first, as an all season long offer !

They still won't fill that place.

Good idea. The humble bundles making huge quantities of cash for charity and indie developers has proved it's a workable business model too. It will be interesting to see how it works in football.

Yes, it would be good if clubs could trial this idea with pre-season friendlies, the less attractive Cup games, that kind of thing. Will be interested to see how it works at Brentford, I'm sure there'll be a great atmosphere.

Great idea, but it would be better if you chose how much to pay after the final whistle. Imagine paying a quid and winning 5-0.

Bit harsh on season ticket holders. They'll be paying more for this match technically so would not work so well at a club like ours where the majority are STHs. But good idea otherwise. Used to live near the ground and go and watch them a bit. Great little club.

Their vile, homophobic supporters aside, I don't mind a slice of Brentford. Used to be a good away trip back in the day.

Its a good idea. Seeing as im in London that day (and not going to Blackburn as its too expensive) i might go to that.

Its not POTG either, can only be bought in advance.

Its a great idea. Research has shown that attendances for the last Saturday before Christmas are the lowest for the season.
