pay rises question

Been told to expect 3% here in July.

When will employers get the f***ing point? People can deal with stress in a job if they get paid properly. That is why it is called a job.

we've got our pay rise presentation on friday, and ive copped a sneaky that we're being offered 3.4%.

anyone had their annual increase yet, if so whats the going rate?
i realise its going to depend on who you work for/what field youre in.....just after a sort of ballpark figure

My last pay rise was over two years ago. Fortunately, I have just been promoted and I get a salary increase with that..., and staff.

Anything up to 5% for those who are deemed to have done a bang up job. Anything more than 5% is reserved for those who get promoted!
