I saw on a thread somewhere, someone saying that you could pay a fee to see the whole of last night's game. Is this true, and if so, where? I'm assuming some sort of online PPV?

Sorry if this is covered but I've not been able to find it, ta.

The club are releasing DVDs of each game, £10 each.

Will wait until they lower it to the correct price of £4.99 per game, then will pick up a few.

I'd probably pay a Lady for it. Not an Ayrton though. They could do them at an ayrton each and any three matches for a score. Or two for a commodore.

Correct price of what you feel should be charged, or correct price of what they've confirmed it will be lowered to?

What I reckon is fair, considering the cost of producing the DVD, and fact you often get around 15 minutes of highlights on Seagulls Player.

If you check Derby's 'Player' they have the 'full 90 minutes' of recent games. Our game should be up there soon I hope.

Unless they decide to be biased and only show the Derby possession, in which case it will be about 10 minutes long.

If only they could do Burnley, Leeds, Liverpool, etc...

And Palace :moo:

It says on the link the collection starts at Portsmouth game, would be great to those 3 games! Does that mean they're not going to do one for the Donny game then? I'm sure loads would buy that regardless of price?

I agree and think that £10 is too much especially if one has already paid to attend a particular game.

The cost of production of the dvd will be the same whether 50 or 2000 are sold so hopefully the club will review in due course to maximise profit and minimise cost, eg. 5000 sold at £5 or 200 sold at £10.

For what it's worth, I don't think the extremely professional presentation box is necessary and if that was dropped it could help reduce costs.

I would pay £10 for a DVD - and I intend to for the odd game (a couple of games a season). As I don't get to a huge amount of games, I usually make 5ish a season, I would happily pay £10 for a DVD of a match I didn't see if it was decent. The extended highlights on seagulls player are good - but I still like to get the full picture.

I just can't decide whether to start my collection with the Portsmouth game, or the Derby game.

I would agree with that and will probably purchase the dvd of v Derby County. (for your stated reason)

The point is that how many of these dvd s will be purchased will ultimately depend upon the selling price.

I certainly would purchase more at £5 rather than £10.

I just hope on these DVD's you can hear the crowd. Many times on Seagulls Player you can hardly hear us.
