I know that we’re not in the market for a keeper but I always thought Forest’s Paul Smith was wasted as a number 2. Lee Camp is by far the best keeper in the Championship and potentially in the mix for an international cap, so no surprise Smith hasn’t had much of a sniff. Was impressed with him a few years back when we played at Forest and always thought last season that it would be worth us making an enquiry. Do any other East Midland gulls know whether he’s still a quality keeper – only 30 so still working towards his prime.

Couldn't agree more, would be the kind of keeper you could trust all the way into the Premier League. Needs a move badly.
