PBOBE is so polished. You look at some of the car crash clubs with far greater riches than ours, making a proper mess of it. But he makes it clear, we recruit good people (on filed and off) we trust them, we develop them, we support them, we cherish them, we reward them, and we always plot and plan a good ready replacement behind all the key roles. I would imagine, in that scenario and that culture, that everyone absolutely loves working in that environment, thirsty for success, well rewarded, valued, supported, driven, sustainable.

i went to my fist womens game last week at Luton, it’s something I never thought I’d do, and it was brilliant, the players spending time with fans post match. Just brilliant. I might go again.
