Anyone fancy doing a summary for those of us who have no interest in hearing the toad speak?

The North Stand is to be extended on the existing lower deck, adding 15 rows and 2,000 seats.

The medium term plan is for the ES to remodelled and enlarged into a carbon copy of the WS with 11,733 seats.

The club make no apology for banning attendees swearing or abusing away team players. It's a family club, eventually the club hope to be the first in Europe without swearing.

Don't suppose he mentioned a flask amnesty?

Some paraphrasing from me but the gist is as below. Like the subtle dig at Leeds in there.

Fantastic support from fans all the way through the pandemic, countless emails on daily basis with encouragement, support and goodwill. Can't imagine how the fans could be anymore behind the team without actually being in the stadium. Players and Graham Potter really appreciate the feedback and the excitement about style of play and players coming back from loan. Mentions new fans from South Africa.

Says its a nice problem to have if we have to fend off other clubs looking to buy players. Says it's why Tony invested in the academy/Lancing. Bring through players for the first team or create assets that can be sold on. Credit to Graham and the players that we've now got one of the youngest squads in the PL. Praises players like Ben White, Steven Alzate and Tariq Lamptey for stepping up to the challenge of the PL. Praises John Morling, academy coaches, David Weir for training development and cleverly designed loan plans to develop players. Starting to see the fruits from the strategic plan that was put in place when Lancing was built.

Says latest accounts show how lucky we are to have Tony and his willingness to continue investing etc. Always expected to lose more this season than last because of amortitsation of transfer fees and contracts since we've been in PL and also not selling best players but continuing to invest in/develop squad. £25 million losses related to covid, rebates of TV fees, games behind closed doors, games being moved to a different financial year, costs relating to keeping staff etc covid secure at stadium and training ground and costs of running the games that fans could attend. Difficult time for whole of football industry, losses are comparable to other clubs.

Clubs in good positions with assets on balance sheet. Players are not valued on balance sheet anywhere as high as someone would actually be willing to pay in the real world. Tony loves the club from bottom of his heart, no desire to sell or do anything else with the club. Calls GP one of the best young English managers in the country, one of the youngest squads, says there aren't many other football clubs anyone would rather be at right now due to that and the facilities. Really looking forward to the future, tough to stay in PL, but we are competitive, mentions the performances against Liverpool and City recently as well as Man Utd earlier in the season to show we can play against the biggest teams. We won't always get the wins we deserve or want, but we will compete in every game. Would rather compete in PL than easily winning games at a lower level. Work together through the difficult periods and enjoy those big wins when they come.

Light at end of tunnel from covid with vaccine, keep following the guidelines, keep doing our bit to get through this and hopefully not too far in the distance future he hopes to see full stands at the Amex on a sunny day. Seems like a long time away but hopefully within this calendar year we can start see the return of fans in some way, in the mean time do what you can to keep each other safe.
