One question that l proferred during a Q and A session with the great man on Monday, (see my other thread), was this . . .

How is Mr. Bennet's planning application coming along? Not very well came the reply. I smiled and said jolly good. not necessarily said PB, we may decide not to restore the car parking should we have the opportunity, but l do want the use of the land back. What will we use it for then? Paul gave a rueful smile and said let's just wait and see shall we?

I wonder what the club have in mind? l do love a good mystery.

It has, but they effectively have a free go to submit a revised application and/or they can appeal the first decision.

Yes but they might be able to appeal or change the application and reapply etc etc. Very expensive mind you.

It has, but l presumed, obviously erroneously, that PB would want to reinstate match day car parking on the field if we are able to lease it again. It would appear though that he has other ideas for it.
