Sounds like he needs to come home!

"According to Sport Bild, a statistic in particular causes concern among those responsible for BVB: Groß reached a top speed of only 29.9 km/h this season, which makes him the slowest regular player in the Bundesliga. This number stands out in particular, as it is extremely low compared to other professionals in the league and indicates a possible weakness in the fast playing style of the BVB.
.....
The BVB bosses hope that Pascal Groß can bring more consistency and dynamism into the game in the coming weeks to meet the high expectations. Nevertheless, the question remains as to how his low speed limit will affect his role in the team in the long term."

The real question here is

'How would Groß get into our starting 11 now?'
Nobody ever knows. But he always does (did) and wherever they shoe-horn him in, he is (was) always competent at a minimum, and bloody great at his best.

Not got a goal or an assist this season. I expect a lot of people would be saying the same if he was still with us.

Pace isn’t important when you are delivering. When your not, you need to be offering the team more.

I hope he turns things round and he does start to shine for Dortmand. More for his sake rather than there’s.

He's got 4 assists. 2 in the league and 2 in the cup

Komm doch nach hause Pascal!

Can you even imagine…I would weep salt tears of joy to see him come back home for one last stint.

I love and miss Pascal. You have to blame their recruitment if they’ve bought him to add pace to their midfield.

He’s always welcome here.

Doesn't say much for their recruitment if Pascal's lack of pace is a surprise.
His pace is deceptive. He is slower than you think.
But we love him💙

Bring him home. Idiots don't know how to work him.
