Well, he was persuaded at the last minute to stay when he singed the last extension. If he is to leave this summer for a fee it makes sense for the manager to talk him (and it) up.

Nothing to see here. And Pascal will certainly leave at the end of his contact if he doesn't leave in the summer,I would have thought, before his kids start Turning English.
Vot is wrong with dat?

Pascal may well be able to get a move to Leverkusen or Dortmund or Stuttgart, and with it a trip to the champions league. Would not begrudge him that at all.
We’ve been selling our PotS for the last few years haven’t we.

I don’t think £15m is out the question seeing that Pascal’s strengths (stamina, technique and footballing brain) are not likely to leave him for some time.

Like you say, if he had an offer of Champions League football, I’d feel a little bad if we stood in his way after what he has done for this club.

Roberto's always trying to sell off our players 🤷🏼‍♂️
I've no issue with it, to be honest. He's probably spoken to the players and found out their plans. If that player wants to go, then an exit as smooth as possible must always be the goal, no.

I actually admire RDZ's honesty when he speaks. So unusual in any walk of life, especially football managers (and politicians!).

Love the bloke.

But in truth.....

He has been pony for the past two months.

Multiple opportunities for him to play peòple in for a tap in, and he"s played the wrong pass.

No criricism.
He's knackered..

50+ games
No breaks.

Fair dos....
But i would rather see him on the subs bench for the next 2 games

These aren't the players you're looking for.

Bild are reporting that Frankfurt are most likely

He never had any pace and never gets injured. He is the perfect older aged, role model player. Let's get him tied down on a new 4 year contract, sign Dewsbury-Hall from Leicester and move Lallana into a coaching position.

The question is how do we replace all those assists if does leave.
You don’t do it with one player. The chances of being able to find a ‘like for like’ and one that’s willing to come to us are slim.

Only way is a rejig of tactics and the addition of 2-3 players coming in
