To Go West.
Requires pointing from the crowd whilst singing. Just all pointing at the player.

Gross there
We can see Pascal
Gross there
He's quite the rascal
Gross there
In white and blue
Gross there
Saved from Ger-man league 2

No, it's pronounced like when you say something that you don't like is really gross. Also you have a gross income. Rhymes with close (when close means near, not shut).

you're welcome.

Except it's not (though it's probably going to be the accepted norm).

Surely it is actually pronounced 'Gruhss'

As in:

Gruhss that guy, running around the pitch, TELL ME
Gruhss that guy, running around the pitch, TELL ME.

?

Its hard to write, to convey what I meant.

It doesn't rhyme with 'shoes'.

You know how MARK LAWRENSON says 'moment' as 'mer-ment'? Well, that.

Theresa May's a slapper, she likes a lot of knob, and when she's shagging Corbyn, she thinks of Pascal Groß.

It's good, i'd just tweak the last line to read "when she's ****ing poor people, the economy, young adults, immigrants, and housing".

Doesn't quite roll off the tongue but it's accurate at least.

To the tune of The Piranhas- Tom Hark.....

Pascal Gross,
From Germany,
Wanted to play in the premier league,
He came to Sussex, by the sea,
And play for BHAFC
Na na na na na....

Are you saying goose with an 'r'? Groose?

Personally I think it would need an umlaut for that pronunciation. I think it's Groß pronounced as in gross.

But it's a long, long time since I did German!

There's two ways to pronounce the o vowel, long and short. It's the long version in Gross and it's pronounced a bit like or. So I think it's pronounced Grorss and you'd say the "or" bit long.

Marcus Suttner is AUSTRIAN

Oh, okay. How about

Tie me kangaroo down, Sutt
Tie me kangaroo down
Tie me kangaroo down, Sutt
Tie me kangaroo down?

Or

Defenders, everybody needs good defenders
With a little understanding, you can find the perfect blend
Defenders, should be there for one another
And with Suttner we have a good defence

To 'My old man's a dustman'

Markus Suttner is an Austrian,
He played for Ingolstadt,
But when he saw the Albion,
He said 'I'm having that. '
He tackles like a demon,
Then goes storming down the wing,
He's the mighty Markus Suttner,
And this is why we sing,
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh (repeat song)

His copatriots from Germany,
Like to smash up Burnley,
He's the mighty Markus Suttner,
And this is why we sing,
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh (repeat song)

I've made a slight tweak. What do you think?
