Disappointing, what does he actually do - apart from make us win? :lolol:
And score goals, and set up goals!

And still find himself one of the first names on the team sheet under every manager he's played for.

And this demonstrates why I'm not a Premier league manager, a year or so ago, whilst lauding his achievements, I thought it was time to move on as I felt his pace held us back, I was wrong! Very, very wrong.

Crazy really that he hasn’t had a look in for the full Germany national side. Maybe he and Dunk and SollyMarch have rueful chats about undeservedly thwarted international careers.

Great news ahead of his favourite opposition on Sunday.

Amid all the joking about his lack of pace, it's easy to forget his stamina - he consistently plays 90 mins, and is always running as hard at the end of a game as at the beginning. Fantastic player.
Think the fact he doesn’t rely on pace is another reason we’ve given him 2 more years. He can play longer in his career in CM than many other players..!

Love these photos of players signing new contracts and RDZ has an arm round his player.

I read an article by a German journalist not long before the WC saying that Gross should be included in the German squad but it seems that he was a lone voice in the wildnerness. It's not as if Germany beating all and sundry - they couldn't even reach the KO stages of the WC - so, you'd think they'd give Pascal a go

I love these pictures of players embracing RDZ when signing new contracts. It shows such a connection and you really get a sense of the warmth RDZ seems to radiate. He's a special manager and Gross has always been a special player for us. As much as it's important we keep finding young bargains to develop and sell, we also need to ensure we're keeping an eye out for another Gross or Veltman because they are the building blocks of a team which stays together for season after season.

And if it wasn’t for Moder injury could have been very different 12 months ago

Yep. RDZ said that himself recently didn’t he?

Not sure of the exact quote but something like the success at Brighton is down to Gross, Veltman, Dunk, Lallana, Welbeck and March.

Splendid news. Thought he wanted to go "home" but clearly not yet. Marvellous :albion2:
Yes, he singed a surprise 2 year deal 6 months ago, so another year. At the moment we seem like a party that nobody want's to leave.
