Who should it be for the next three games?

Baleba? He’s not getting many minutes currently. Does RDZ trust him to do this?

Moder? Has usually be used further forward and I’m not sure he’s playing 3 in a row.

Lallana? Can’t even get his legs up when running any more, so even one central midfield start is surely too much of an ask

I would bet it would have been Hinsh had he been fit. Milner injured too of course.

Are there any other options RDZ might be considering? Igor? Buonanotte? Will he look to rotate the other CM for the next few games? What happens if Gross gets injured!?

Valentin Barco may be used if it is felt he's ready for one of the games. He wasn't registered for the Europa League so less fear about it effecting the squad. He's not a dissimilar type of player build to Gilmour and has played across the left side of midfield including CM.

I wouldn't be shocked if Barco, Baleba and Moder are used in rotation across the three games. Baleba to start at Fulham and maybe Forest. Moder to start at Wolves with Barco coming on once or twice.

I should have added, from the pronouncements on the club site, it appears likely to be Baleba.

But is this coming in a bit cold given the little amount of football he has had?

Got to admit, i'm not tempted by Webby or Pervis in this position.

To me, I think the most likely is that Gross moves to a deeper position, to do what Gilmour usually does for us, receive from the keeper and look to play through the lines. The more attacking of the two midfield roles, where Gross usually plays I see being shared. Moder being the main one used. But part of me, thinks that using Facu here does make some sense.

The most curious thing..
Can't they disguise WBG as someone else?
