I'm advertising my companies position on here as I was very successful 18 months ago when I was seeking a more senior, full time member of staff. Back then, the response from this board was tenfold what we got from the job centre and I'm pleased to say the person we recruited came via NSC and is still with us and doing very well.

This time round we are just after someone to primarily help with packing and general office duties. It's 5 hours a day, 4 days a week with all usual benefits. We will pay the real living wage of £7.85ph. Not to be confused with the so called government living wage of £7.20 that starts in April

I placed an ad on here a year or so ago for a Recruitment Consultant for my team and got slated by numerous people for promising rewards and career development that were impossible - 'playing with people's lives' I think someone said.

I hired someone through the ad, he's just finished his first year, successfully passed his probation, is on course to be promoted shortly and will earn at least £40K in his second year. He had no sales experience, and no Degree.

So thanks, NSC, the ad was a resounding success. Good luck to the OP in his search.
