Going to gig at the O2 soon and wondered if anybody had any good ideas for parking up there other than at the massively overpriced official car park?

Thanks in advance.

And no, it's not Kylie. Or Buble.

Not done it myself...my bro has parked at the Holiday Inn for around £6, think Its about a 15 minute walk away from the arena. Maybe worth a look...

The car park for the underground station has always been where we've parked and is considerably cheaper than the O2's own car parks.

Don't be such a cheapskate. Use the official car park and have a great time without worrying if your car will be there when you get back.

Meopham, Kent.
B & Q /Cinema type complex about ten minute walk away, its on Bugsby way, 'free parking' !

The only thing to watch there is that it is a 5 hour limit for "Free Parking". Sounds a lot, but if you are going for a meal somewhere in the O2 first, then into the venue, drinks, support act, drinks, main act, slow to get out of the venue. You may end up clock watching and rushing back for fear of a ticket.

Good advice, thanks.

Yup, this (although the official car park is dead handy, if a bit pricey - as well as O2 visits, also used it for the WHU game last season, worked well).

I appreciate the 10 minute walk from the underground station car park might be a bit too much of a hike for you.
