What time do the park and ride at Mill Hill start running ?

Just checking..but I presume today's ticket for the SSC allows you to use the trains in the same way as the old tickets?? Everything I've seen so far has only mentioned the park and ride.

I'd have thought not, as the rail tickets aren't included with the match tickets this year.
