Argentina’s opening football match at the Olympics against Morocco descended into chaos after a 105th-minute stoppage-time equaliser was ruled out by VAR nearly two hours after it was scored.
The reigning men’s world champions were forced to take cover when missiles and firecrackers were thrown at them by sections of the Morocco support, before fans invaded the pitch and caused the game to be suspended before the final whistle.
As players left the field for safety, fans invaded the pitch following the dramatic equaliser in the 15th minute of injury time.
Argentina’s Cristian Medina scored a last-gasp goal to salvage what looked like a 2-2 draw before play was stopped as confusion reigned on the first day of action in Group B on Wednesday

No surprise... Japan my favorites to win the whole thing. Wouldn't surprise me if they take a medal at the World Cup in two years. They've found a golden model how to develop players and are very likely to be "the next Belgium" in that sense.
