A couple of questions, what is the flag on the Dutch shirts not their normal flag but blue white blue?

I think it's the Dutch Olympic Committee logo (the white bit) on a blue background rather than a blue-white-blue flag, although I agree the latter is what it looks like!

As per @Frutos above, it's the Netherlands Olympic logo on a blue background. Here is an admittedly low res capture that shows it a bit better.

We won both Modern Pentathlon golds in Tokyo.

Maybe ask the Netherlands Olympic committee.
Even the GB kit is a much different colour to previous years, I'm sure they have their reasons
