The mrs isn't very good at it so I had to toss my own lastnight. Had them with sliced banana and condensed milk, yummy.

I have never made pancakes. What is the correct proportion of eggs, flour, milk, nutella etc?

100g flour, break a large egg into it, whisk it in then slowly add 300ml (about half a pint) milk. Once all added give it a good beating for about 30 secs, then it's ready.

If you really like pancakes it's worth getting one of Delia's omelette/pancake pans - use about four tablespoons of batter per pan.

Parmesan and garibaldi biscuits optional.

Nutella" to taste".

Round my way, "pancakes" is a euphemism for three-in-a-bed (FFM)*
