Phoned up this morning twice to the club shop number, on both occasions had to listen to a recorded message telling me to phone different numbers for tickets and general enquiries, then the line went dead!

We have a hugely desirable product in the shape of the Palookaville shirt, so why does the marketing of it be so amateurish. This is costing the club lost revenue.

Stevie Wonder has better vision than the club on this particular issue.

I have just ordered mine via telephone. If you ring the number it gives alternative numbers for admin, accounts etc. If you hold on you get put through to the shop.

I should have opened one of the boxes piled up in the club shop on Saturday as they obviously contained the new shirts? Maybe not but there was a lot of boxes and the club isn't capable of JIT deliveries for a Monday AM sale of new shirts.

Does beg the question if they were there on Saturday, why not flog 'em? I know the release date of Palookaville, etc. but they've lost my money for a few weeks, possibly forever on that shirt!

I phoned just after one o'clock and ordered one which will be posted either today or tomorrow morning. Had no problems getting through and was given as quick and efficient service.

XL have sold out but all others in stock. I ordered an XXL on the basis that I usually get an XL shirt.

I agree with SS about its huggyness.

Have got my shirt, an XL too, a popular size!!

Also go a prog from Saturday too, could be worth something in the future as a one-off thing.

How long are these shirts going to be on sale for, and don't bother with any witty remarks about them being sold out. Want to know if it's worth requesting one from Father Christmas.

"Please also note that the club shop will not be taking any pre-orders for the next delivery of shirts".

Why not? Sounds like good business sense to me.

Its amazingly bad marketing that
a) the shirts weren't on sale at the ground on Saturday
and
b) they have sold out already.
I'd have bought one at the ground on Saturday but can't get to Brighton during the week or been able to phone Today so can't get a shirt until the next lot come out.....if they order more than about 10.

I'll still buy one...as long as its this side of Christmas :p

I think that Errea are the ones at fault.

The club never seam to know how many shirts to expect from them

My wife purchased three of the new shirts around 4 o'clock this afternoon, one adult and two kids.

BTW order one size larger than normal as all three of us have bigger than normal sizes.

Feels good, pleased I talked my wife into getting them.
