Of course it's a debt, what club can say they receive investment without paying any back ?

Oh, hold on.
So you have seen the conditions for the investment, any idea the interest rate the club will be paying?
Where is the money coming from for the new ground or revamp of Selhurst, if you keep paying out wages of this size?
Next season's TV deal?
It's ****ing brilliant this.
"Against Modern Football" cry the Palace fans as they stand in their corner, all blacked up and chanting their chants. "Price of football is ridiculous" cry the Palace fans as they stand in their corner, all blacked up and chanting their chants.
As soon as a rich yank comes along, you'd have thought with the ultra culture their fans have adopted as a form of resistance against the corporate, bland and profit driven motive; you'd have expected questioning. What we have seen from the Palace faithful is not silence, but gloating. Gleefully rubbing their hands that they have a sugar daddy to help fulfil their European dreams. Less than that, there are other overheads to consider as well. They did however make a profit of nearly £18 million last year.
Well at least they were able to pay for Cabaye and that great goalscorer Wickham with that money.
