Yes there are trains to spot and allotments to dig.

You forgot caravans to paint (or find if you ask me).

Sam Hammam was on fine form after City's victory at Selhurst Park on Saturday. He told the press:

"At the moment our football is like an orgy. The other team know they are going to get it, but they don't know who from or where."

Always chuffed with a victory, but it was no big deal. After all, we beat Palace last year too. The mighty Michael Ricketts scored our winner on that occasion. Let's be honest, you're no Man Utd, are you?

Enjoyed a few pints in a pub on the corner of the Thornton Heath high street before the game. The locals were an interesting bunch. Several of them looked like extras from The Hills Have Eyes.

Oh you must have wandered into the Pub where Croydon Bloke and Sj's Love Monkey drink. They often do specail promotions on Babychams which is why those lads go there.

Cheers. We're certainly in fine form at the moment, but unfortunately the squad is paper-thin. Injuries and suspensions could easily be our downfall although, that said, we've coped well enough with a few of those so far.

For me, the most enjoyable part is simply the quality of the football the team is playing. It's great to watch. And not before time either. After all, I haven't seen anything even remotely like this in more than 30 years of following the club!

I can only assume that CB was on autopilot and didn't spot that you are a Cardiff fan. His post sounds more like it was aimed at Brighton's result vs Scunny.

I would be chuffed with a victory as well!!! Did you beat us at Selhurst last season???? No we1`re no Man u we have local support. The Grange Pub is the one you`re on about and the locals would glare and wonder where you`re from.

Eh? Cardiff have as much if not more potential than CPFC. It was hardly a david v goliath game at Selhurst on Saturday was it?

Chopra made his Cardiff City debut up at Barnsley on 8th August, when our version of the Automatic tune was first chanted. Anelka didn't make his debut for Bolton until 9th September. They were way behind us!

It's far more fitting that we should be using an Automatic song for one of our chants. After all, they are from Cowbridge, which is only a couple of miles away from Ninian Park, and two of the band are said to be Cardiff City fans.
