Why have CPFC 2010 not paid back all the other creditors in full?

CPFC 2010 haven't paid back the rest because they have got away with not doing so.
However, everything is rosy, rosy, rosy at Palace, and nothing can go wrong.

1990-99 - Spent freely. Forgot to pay back creditors.
2000 - Entered admin. Formed new club, CPFC 2000.
2000-09 - Spent freely. Forgot to pay back creditors.
2010 - Entered admin. Formed new club, CPFC 2010.
2010 - Spending freely.
2020 - ?

Strange that, as on page 5 of the administrators report (below) listing the creditors it states St Johns Ambulance £19,405

Because they didn't run up those debts?
If you move into someone's house you're not responsible for the debts created by the previous occupant.

That was the figure given by St Johns Ambulance when they were approached prior to the Just Giving campaign being set up.

I know this is your area of expertise, but it's not really comparable is it?
After all, CPFC 2010 did choose to pay of some of the debts (players' contracts) run up by the previous 'occupants'.

Which was a very splendid gesture, but Liebherr was worth in the region of £3 billion, unlike Parish and co.
That's because the alternative was to allow the players to leave, it was a business decision.

Far richer than Tony Bloom I seem to remember their claim and the 40k capacity ground announced 5 years ago was a forgone conclusion without their ever going into debt or needing financial assistance..

For a club that's only been in existence for 5 (five) years, they have done really well, although most new clubs obviously have to start at the bottom of the pyramid. See MK 'Dons' for further details.

Yes, all creditors were payed as arranged.
Unless you know better, and can provide proof that some were legally forced to accept a pence in the pound settlement.
