I'd take a point now, yes. Zaha doesn't always need to cheat to win matches on his own, and he does GET the rivalry, so will be up for it.

Palace are too good to go down and for what it's worth I can't see us being in too much trouble either, it's not a six-pointer. A draw against Palace is usually pretty unsatisfying (especially at home) so NO I wouldn't take the draw. It will feel SO good to beat them in the PL and go 9 points clear and into the top half of the table.

You say we’ve improved and even though league placing looks good I think most Albion fans feel we played better stuff last season - but a lot of that might be to do with the absence so far this season of Gross and Pröpper who are both now back.

For what it’s worth I think both clubs will stay up fairly comfortably as there is some real dross this season.

I think this reflects the realisation that our results this season have largely been better than our performances. Things are starting to look better though, particularly with the new players starting to have more of an impact, so I'd like to see us go for the win and take the game to you. If that means we get done by Wilf or Andros on the counter so be it.
