It's strange how Palace fans think Zaha will be top of the London 'big club' shopping lists when he failed at United, came back to 'improve' a team that only survived because Hull were much worse, and is overlooked when those bigger London clubs have wanted a pacy winger ever since. If Palace go down I could easily see Wilf angling to stay in the PL at a club like Southampton or even West Brom

I must have missed all those huge bids for him in the Summer from the big boys. To his credit, Parish did say that he wouldn't hold Pardew back if Real Madrid came knocking so he's unlikely to stop Zaha from the inevitable move to Man City or Chelsea.

He went to United when he was at or very near 21 years old which is old enough for most to be first-team regulars. He didn't make the grade at Old Trafford. You can't blame Moyes for this as United have a vast staff taking care of umpteen levels of player behind the scenes - they knew what was what. Since then Wilf spent loan periods back at Palace and Cardiff only becoming a PL regular in the last 2 seasons. He has a goalscoring record of 1 in 10. Cristiano Ronaldo he is most certainly not.

Yes but Everton are eyeing Europe. Why would they employ somone to merely man the bilge pump when their ambition requires a bigger and more modern engine? As others have said I would cringe if the likes of Allardyce came to our club. When you want to be twinned with Barclona, why sign a suicide pact with Bolton?

Dyche is a good manager, funny how Smug Eddie, who would have been top of everyone's list last season is not even mentioned

He deserves all the credit he receives. Burnley have a squad that cost £10m’s less than the likes of Palace and Bournemouth, yet they more than compete. Without the unsavoury gamesmanship of a Pulis or Hughes team. You can tangibly see Dyche and his squad learning fast - last season’s hard fought narrow wins at home, to which they’ve now added decent away form.

I have big respect for what he's done and I have no ill will to Burnley now you're not employing Barton. Losing SD would be a disaster for you imo, akin to us losing Hughton.

The ginger dalek is a credit to your club to be honest. A great English football manager getting the most out of his relatively sparse resources, not unlike BFS and Pullis in years gone by.

And an added bonus is that he seems to have a chip on his shoulder with Middlesbrough, stemming back to the days he was in the FA Cup semi final with Chesterfield but fuelled by that season when we lost out to Burnley and Boro. I like to think he's every bit as pleased as we are that two years on, it's Burnley and Brighton in the top flight, and the smoggy twats are down in the Championship.

I think that BFS will be a better choice for Everton than SD but wouildnt want either at BHA. From our point of view I think that he would pull Everton well away from the relegation area. From that angle I hope they stick with Unsworth until after Christmas preferably until Easter.
