Please help me. Went onto eBay to buy a Halloween costume, found a mickey mouse outfit for £5. I'm now 5 mins away from buying Crystal Palace FC

Palace are absolutely terrible at that level, but what right do we have to laugh when they are only there because they beat us AND we're now failing to beat the likes of Yeovil, Millwall and Sheffield Wednesday?

Trying to be objective about it, I don't think you can question their work rate or commitment. They made it tough for Fulham in the first half and were unlucky to be losing at half-time. But it isn't a fluke that Fulham score goals like those. It's because they are full of quality players, whereas Palace have none. Fulham will likely finish about 14th, yet the gulf in class between them and Palace is as wide as the Albion and Lewes. That shows you what Palace are up against, when even a mediocre EPL team like Fulham can call upon the likes of Berbatov, Bent, Ruiz, Hangeland, Stekelenburg, Sidwell, Parker and Richardson. Palace would LOVE to have any of those in their team.

I imagine Palace will struggle to get 20 points and will be down well before the end of the season, so it'll be an awfully dull season for the fans. But I'm not going to laugh too much, bearing in mind what my own team is playing at right now.

Agree with most of that, but you can still have a little laugh surely. Their transfer policy, if you can call it that, was awful, no quality just over priced and over paid.

Exactly. They went bought a lot of poor signings, when perhaps it would have been better to get 5 or 6 of better quality in.

And laughter is good, so our heartfelt thanks tonight goes to the Jesters :lolol:

Holloway not on Sky because he's "in a meeting with the Palace Chairman"....

Now, what could that be about?

Not quite brilliant for me, I have to embarrassedly confess I spent the last thirty minutes hoping Palarse would score. Thought I was being clever (which I nearly was) and had a fiver on Fulham to win 4-2 when CP were 1-0 up at 50-1 :(
But on the bright side tonked 4-1 at home by Fulham I'm not expecting many visits from the Croydon area in here tonight :)

I wish I'd just done Fulham to win mate. Around 7/4. I pIssed about with correct scores and first goalscorers being greedy I suppose.

But they're in a higher division and they embarrassed us at our home ground to get there. I'd love to laugh at Palace with all my heart, but I find it a little bit tough when I see them losing to Liverpool, Man United and Spurs while we draw 0-0 with Yeovil.

Who gives a f*ck? They lost, I'm laughing.
