Question is will Parish ban them. Probably not as he didn't act with the evidence given to him after the pyrotechnics and gate crashing at the Amex

Think they’d better hand themselves in.

Love these types of investigations that ensure criminals can never rest for fear of that knock on the door at 2am, regardless of how long it’s been since the offence. Suspect/hope the video footage is pretty conclusive.

Also hope the courts back up the police.

X013-1. Now did Steve Cook leave us under such bad terms? Having a go at the Old Bill is not the same as having a go at us, mate.*

* I’m trying to say he looks like Steve Cook.....

I wear a baseball cap to keep my head dry when it's raining. Sometimes even wear it under my rain mac hood because I don't like how the texture of the mac feels on my bonce.

What about the ones who broke into the Amex? Just cos spineless CPFC didn’t follow through their investigation doesn’t mean the old bill shouldn’t. *****.

Answer copied from FYP -

You may remember we received the attached Decision Notice from the Information Commissioners Office in December 2018 relating to our request on Sussex Police's basis for alleging ticketless fans entered the stadium.

Somewhat predictably, Sussex Police didn't even respond to the ICO until threatened with legal proceedings for not responding even to the decision notice.

They replied yesterday. 412 days after our original FOIA request. 118 after the decision notice.

Despite alleging that a 'large number of fans may have entered the stadium without tickets' they:

a. Have made no arrests.
b. Have failed to identify any suspects.
c. Have received no reports of fans stopped without tickets.
d. Based the entire allegation on CCTV footage.

It’s clear that Sussex Police have made an egregious comment on the back of CCTV footage of a number of fans entering the stadium through an exit.

They were unable to substantiate the allegation. There was no reasonable suspicion.

This was an allegation that South Yorkshire Police also made against Liverpool fans at Hillsborough in the aftermath of 96 fans dying. It sets a dangerous precedent when a public body fabricates allegations based purely on CCTV footage.

Sussex Police must know how flimsy this basis was for allegation by fact they failed to answer these very simple questions for over a year.

So, in conclusion, there were no weapons found, nor was there ever conclusive proof that ticketless fans entered the stadium. Sussex Police haven't identified any of the people they claim were ticketless, and they subsequently haven't made any arrests.

We are still awaiting a substantial response to our request for an internal review (we expect an ICO Decision Notice to be published relating to this in due course), and in the meantime we'll have a think about any further steps we need to take.

However, we reaffirm our call for Chief Inspector Simon Nelson to face disciplinary proceedings and for Sussex_police to unequivocally admit that he lied when he made the statements in the immediate aftermath of the match.

So you very conveniently ignored the social media videos showing your fans breaking into the ground...And the fact that stewards were injured? How conveniently PALACE of you!

Ok so you are innocent of that one (apparently), how about the matter this thread relates to? Assaulting police officers and aiding and abetting a criminal to escape police custody. All with CCTV and photos this time. Lets see a freedom of information request get your lot out of this one shall we?

Oh and I think its a very cheap shot to compare the Amex incident to Hillsborough, since then the police have always shut parts of a ground if they feel there is overcrowding, with or without proof at the time

Anyone who assaults a police officer needs to be found and charged. Shouldn't take long seeing as they have their mug shots.

I also wear one when it's raining so that my glasses don't get wet.

Almost as bad as a middle aged man wearing a football shirt with his NSC name printed on the back. Eh Easy?

Change of subject Nutz? :D

Reckon sales are going ok, Thanks for the concern.

You know the truth but just deflect it.... it’s a Palace trait... just like Winifred doesn’t dive blah blah blah.

Anyway, by all accounts you are struggling to shift season tickets... why you building a bigger stand? Oh yeah you’re not
