Southampton won promotion last season by playing hoof ball so maybe Palace will do the same. They're clearly not the best footballing side but if hittin it long and running gets you promoted then maybe it's a good plan.

Saying that Saints are struggling in the Premiership so who could say if it's a good idea

:wrong:

Player leaves a team, progesses to a better team & becomes one of the top scorers in the league. You would think the team would be glad he's gone onto better things after the hard work he put in when playing for them. No? FFS!

Very good.
I actually think it will be a very close game, you have started a good little run, and we are playing out of our skins, so it will be a cracker, can't wait for it !

I think our revival could start from today, meanwhile i am hoping your form will dip.....

Neither actually and we'll see at the end of the season who ends up on top.

If the first third of the season is anything to go by... us. By 27 points.

By the way, Murray has got 15 now. Second top-scorer in the league, more than twice the amount of goals he scored last season. He averages better than a goal a game for us.

Another one who's only surfaced since the Nigel's have hit some form. Plastics I believe that type are called.

Not great today but showed class when we had to , derby were not very good . Wilf was very quiet ,not unexpected after the week he has just had .
The good thing is we look very strong in the middle and we boss most games now from the middle jedi and kg are immense .
FFSmurray (p) played very well and is getting very involved with the fans ( even giving a warnock fisting ) he is one you let go big time .
Looking like your form might be turning so its looking game on in a couple of weeks !

Have we really gone 15 unbeaten, won five in a row, and are 2 points clear at the top?? I keep having to pinch myself....

Thanks.

According to the BBS, Glenn Murray has scored more goals at home this season than Brighton have.
There were times last season when you were ahead of us in the table too, and we all know how that ended.

Glad that Murray is showing you the form he is capable of, I like him.

We only need to last until January. If we're still top after the next month (and we may well be) then every player in the league will want to join us. CPFC2010 will spend money recruiting cover in January. As has already been said, there will be no player sales in January.

You have been saying that we're going to mess it up for weeks now. After 5 wins in a row "it won't last, they'll lose next week". After 10 unbeaten, "it won't last, they've got Cardiff and Wolves next". After 15 games unbeaten you're still trying to put out the same line.

We have a fantastic first team, but we lack a bit of depth in one or two positions. We don't have good enough cover for Murray, and we need another winger. If we sign a striker that can cover for Murray and another winger, promotion looks very likely indeed. 12 wins and 3 draws in 15 games isn't just good form. It's the sign of a fantastic team.
