Palace ticket problems

On the ticket website when I try to buy a ticket for the game it says i'm an adult, when I should be an u18; anyone have any idea how to change this so I pay the right price?

If you just buy the adult ticket, call up the ticket office and say I bought an adult ticket they should be able to refund the difference

It does this to me with Jnr. Skippers tickets, even when I've corrected it with the drop down box, it doesn't refresh. When you give up and go into the pay page it refreshes itself, and all is well. Maybe it's just me though.

My son made a mistake and instead of purchasing an OAP and U18 concession ticket with his adult tickets he bought 2 OAP in error. The price is the same so it shouldn't make any difference but it is against Palace so I am not sure if we will have any problems getting in. Too late to cancel now as he has bought and paid for the tickets

change the box to U18
press update basket
then buy it

I had this problem and rang the club shop as my son was registered as an adult, it was instantly corrected and have thus since been always able to purchase a child ticket for him on-line.

I can not purchase any tickets on my fan number.I have to use my daughters fan number and then I can buy tickets. We both have the same points. I had to do this for Palace tickets and then for Charlton any ideas why.
