"It certainly will be a busy rest of the week. I don't know where it will go and how we will end up, but we will get some players - you can see we need them."

Nice little confidence booster there from Wurzel for the players involved last night.

We lost to someone who was playing in the same league as us last year. You lost to someone who was none league last year. I wouldn't bother crowing if I was you :)

No. We were winning until a referring mistake took us down to 10 men. The FA recognised this mistake and rescinded the red card. What can you do? That's football.

In terms of any meaningful result the match is void, but these matches never get replayed.

That, my delusional little muppet, is the only relevant part of your post. Bristol City being in the same league last season means nothing, the fact that Palace lost to a club 2 divisions below them is the only thing that will show in the records .

It's a win-win(-win) for me.

Palace win: massive one in the eye for the biggest CJTC in the Prem, Di Canio.
Draw: No-one comes out of it looking good. Fewer points for the two teams.
Mackem win: Palace will have ballsed up one of their easiest (on paper) games of the season. And then it's Old Trafford.

Sorry is this some sort of joke? We had a bad end to last season and we have managed to sign players that fans of other clubs much higher than us last year are saying they are jealous of! We had a bad start against Fulham and last week a draw away at Saints which is more than many will do down there this year!

My word Blue Valk, and to think you refer to us Palace fans as whiners? Throw the toys out of the pram much? ;)

Idiom Definitions for 'Throw your toys out of the pram'

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To make an angry protest against a relatively minor problem, in the process embarrassing the protester. The analogy is with a baby who throws toys out of the pram in order to get their parent to pay attention to them. The implication in the idiom is that the protester is acting like a baby.

Instead of worrying about our B team losing why don't you focus on yourselves... A HUGE game at the weekend against the mighty Millwall, win this and you could be looking at 12th come the end of the season but a loss could see you finishing in a lowly 14th. Still, they say things come in three's so i'm sure your get another lucky win after the opposition either dominate and hit the bar twice or they wrongly go down to 10 men early on in the 2nd half. Then you can all come on here and try and convince each other that you're an amazing side and promotion contenders. But we all know the truth deep down don't we...#midtablemediocrity

You were winning until your player broke the Newport captains leg. Then you got taken to the cleaner's by a newly promoted league 2 side.

You're not in any position to gloat are you?

The thing with a messageboard is that it allows you to 'focus' on many different topics ( or threads ) simultaneously.

A Brighton board does not require censorship or permission from a palace fan as to what to 'focus' on.

It's fun to ridicule palace's poor start to the season, and it will get worse. Dark days ahead at Selhurst :lolol:

Said in a previous thread they need to feel at home, and that is from a psychologist, they feel out of their depth in The Prem added to that no other club in London likes them, so they hang on to us by their fingernails. If they were to be banned they wouldn't know who to turn to, that's why they do it. They'll take any amount of abuse from us and they will take just it so long they have someone to converse with. It is very sad really.
