Palace go into administration...

So you feel 'terrible', - No mention again of the money you lot owe money to others I see.I had a quick look through the BBS and nobody seems to give a shit that lots of small Creditors are going to seriously lose out here. Some, unlike you lot, may not survive, and will not just have their debts wiped away at the stroke of an Administor's pen.

Debts of 30+ million - who to - other clubs, small businesses (printers, caterers, all sorts of different suppliers etc.) all of who will get next to nothing from what they are owed. (And that's forgetting HMRC for a moment)

I really don't want Palarse to go bust - I have been watching the Albion since 1974 and seen some fantastic (and horrendous!) games between the clubs, and how could you be our rivals if you wern't around, but I really don't like the idea of a reformed Palarse wiping out it's debts, selling one or two players (10 points may cost you a play off spot but you won't go down) and leaving lots of other businesses seriously out of pocket.

I note that you've failed to mention the likes of Man Utd and Liverpool who are still operating despite being hundreds of millions in debt!

Er, isn't that why the administrators sell the clubs assets?

They are, however, servicing their debts and paying people what they owe.
Unlike your thieving mob.

I feel absolutely terrible that a 10 point deduction has left us floating about at the bottom of the table. But only as other's may feel that we are a club like your shower. You lot though are used to it although in a different (lower league)and with no point's deduction.:laugh::laugh:

The difference is, though, we realise where we're at presently, but we've got a lot of positive stuff to look forward to (ie Wealthy Brighton-supporting Chairman; ambitious young manager; superb new stadium going up as I type; etc etc). Oh, and we've kept our finances in order - despite the huge restrictions that come about from playing in a temporary dump of a ground. Compare that to the way everything's going into meltdown for your third-rate joke of a club. It doesn't take a genius to realise who's got a bright future now (Handy Hint: it ain't got anything to do with you clowns).

Anyway, here's to seeing you all next season - if you still have a club left to 'support'.

SOTP.

They are still in debt to the tune of hundreds of millions.
Debt being the operative word.

No, debt is not the "operative word". I am in debt, currently paying off a car loan, and it'll finish in a couple of months. But unlike your thieving mob, I'm not going to stiff the loan company and end up paying something like 5p in the £. There is a difference.

I will bump this when you fail to make the payments for The Poo Camp.

You might have a bit of a wait. We've not borrowed so much as a penny to finance the stadium.

I have also been reading on BBS that there is some fear they may get further points deductions under the rule of third party ownership of the players.
From what I can make out Agilo get some or all the money for players sold.

http://www.thefa.com/TheFA/~/media/Files/PDF/TheFA/FA%20Handbook%20200809/Third%20Party%20Investment%20-%20FA%20Regulations%20JUNE%2009%20FINAL.ashx/Third%20Party%20Investment%20-%20FA%20Regulations%20JUNE%2009%20FINAL.pdf

If you read paragraph 2 Under General.
It states: Before registering a Player for a Club, The Association must be satisfied that there exist no agreements between the Club or the Player and a Third Party under which a Third Party will own or continue to own any registration or economic rights or the like in the Player following registration.

Not gonna happen, my little deluded pikey chum. Our Chairman is fronting the deal & we've got years to go before starting to pay off his interest-free loan. Your dump will have fallen down by then & Wimpy Homes will have chucked up a load of starter-squats for a few of the locals. :lolol:

And how do you know that they're servicing their huge debts?
The difference between tin pot clubs like yours and bigger clubs like ours is that we've played in the biggest league in the world. That brings higher wages and essential, expensive additions.
Something you've yet to experience. I love this holier than thou bollocks. It shows us how bitter and resentful you are towards us, even in our current predicament.
Oh, by the way, it's 10p in the £.
