I've always wondered how they make a living. They complain that people don't like them but I'm sure it's more than a coincidence that where ever they go there's always a mess after they leave. If they like travelling I hear that the Scottish Highlands are very nice.

town full of eejits
they took over the carpark of northbrook tech a few years ago (10 or 11 )....thoughtfully during the summer holidays . plugged their caravans into the lamp-post (somehow ) hooked their hoses up to the taps on the out buildings and had a jolly old time for about a month.......when they left there was 6 10m skips full of rubbish removed by the council , they contribute f*** all to society but gladly receive their gyro every thursday......don't like them a lot.

i hear the atacama desert is a very interesting place to visit......perhaps they should give that a go.

If it was Palace caravans they would tell you 200 were coming - 20 would turn up and then much later on they would tell you that there was at least 500 - 600 of them there.

Bloody gypsies

Problem is that they are not gypsies, the true romany will leave a clean site and will not cause local people trouble...these are travellers who say they like the open road...I say stay on it with your filth...not park on any land you think fit then leave a massive clearing up bill!

I've always thought, after everything that's happened to get the Albion to this point, that things have run just too smoothly for the last 18 months or so. Promotion on the pitch, and a beautiful new stadium all but complete, with (once building had actually commenced) no hitches or issues or delays. This is just not on: surely something has to go wrong?

So it would about be par for the course if, come 6th August, we all turned up only to find fifty caravans occupying every square inch of space outside the stadium. It would really sum up the past fourteen years wouldn't it...

A few years ago before they changed it from 24 hr parking there were 'travellers' parked up on the roads surrounding the level.

We ran a hairdressing shop in Baker Street overlooking the Open Market. On a visit to us, they would take anything that wasn't screwed down, soap, toilet rolls, dustpan and brushes, sun tan lotion, shampoos etc. When they were using the sun beds they would think nothing of pissing in the metal waste paper bins in the rooms.

If I was at the shop doing maintenance on a Sunday I could watch them doing their weekly fruit and veg shop at the Open Market whilst it was closed. They would send the skinniest kids under the main gate to rob the stalls.
