If it transpires that it is away supporters sitting in home allocated areas, not sure if that is the implication, the CCTV will pick them out. On Saturday a response steward came rushing to Ben as the CCTV had picked him out as having beer and being underage. As it was he was holding the drink for his uncle who was outside having a smoke and Ben is totally anti alcohol but the good thing was the CCTV picked up on him having a beer in his hands, and it was acted on. This was in the North Stand concourse after the game.

I stood in the Leeds Kop in 1980/81 when we played there, it was NOT a wise thing to do.

Fortunately we were shite, didn't have a shot all match, and lost 1-0 to a Peter Barnes rocket.

I have a Palace-supporting mate who lives in Brighton and he'd like to see a game at the Amex. No doubt, when things quieten down a bit, he will. As far as I'm concerned, he'd be welcome in the North Stand. BUT ... Not on 27 September. He's a big enough supporter to understand why, as well.

If I were a Palace fan I can't think of a worse place to watch the game, win lose or draw.

What if, in the moment Albion score, he is overcome with emotion and starts celebrating? He'd never get over it.

1 - NEVER - you should never sell your ticket to anyone who is not an Albion fan.
-----.

I have no problem with people who are not Albion Fans.
Fans of the opposing teams is a totally different matter though!

and that is the obvious answer to stop the earlier stuff ... if you can't make it then fill a seat , in an ideal world with an Albion fan , if not a football fan , if not somebody who's interested who MAY even become an Albion fan

never the Oppo.

not true, who in right mind would risk there season ticket. it only takes small clap in wrong place and the game will be up. if not def when we score and they do not celebrate. Argo can ensue and season tickets taken.

I doubt very much anyone in the North Stand is going to give their ST for this game - and esp not for £75 each. People choose to go North Stand because it's perceived as rowdier and following that a better experience.

So we're expected to believe some Albion STH who likes a rowdy atmosphere is going to give up our biggest home game of the season - the only one that really really matters to their arch enemy for £75? Ain't gonna happen. And in the remotest of possibilities, if it did then when we score - which we will - then North Stand is going to go mental. These Palace fans would stand out like a sore thumb.

Nah - it's bullshit.
