Looking at that video looks like there was contact anyway. Palace trying to take the high moral ground what a complete joke.

Super Al's honeymoon ended when Lingard ruined their day in May, they are going down

They were happy to take Benteke weren't they when it looked like he was going to them, even though...

Indeed. Remeber they even raised a PETITION to the Football Association to have Benteke banned and Liverpool docked 6 points over that incident (signed by 3,268 fans). https://www.change.org/p/football-assosiation-ban-christian-benteke-and-fine-liverpool-fc-6-points

Seems Palace fans are quite selective on the old diving issue.

Can we get something straight as there is no away end (there should be) and before our resident Palace decend on us. Zaha has never ever ever never ever dived ever.

Trust this clears it up.

I'd be willing to believe you, if Pards himself hadn't said he dives...

Alan Pardew has warned Wilfried Zaha about diving but believes the winger is capable of earning an England recall for the European Championships.

Zaha picked up a yellow card in Crystal Palace's 5-1 win over Newcastle last weekend which means he is suspended for the trip to Everton in Monday Night Football.

But the Palace boss is backing his flying winger to force his way into Roy Hodgson's thinking for the first time since earning his second cap in August 2013.

Pardew said: "At Leicester he should have had a penalty, it was a foul, but on Saturday it was a dive and he's paid the price.

"He can't play this week and now his place is in jeopardy because if someone comes in and does a great job then he might not get back in the side."

And Muzza never ever DIVES exactly, he just goes down like a sack of potatoes. Remember his classic act for Albion v Bees at Griffin Park, when was it? 2010? "Earned" a pen then missed it.

We've added a massive amount of quality since then. Benteke currently having a medical, Mandanda, Tompkins, Townsend etc.

We'll be just fine, thanks

To be fair Murray is brilliant at diving perfected the art. Should have a few penalties this season

Palace were promoted off the back of diving - nearly 20% of their goals that season came from the spot (73 goals scored, 15 pens awarded). Plus another one in the Playoff final (obvs), making it 16. Its hardly surprising they're looking at bringing in more who can execute the 'dark art' of simulation. It could easily be the difference between staying in the division again this season, or joining Hull and Burnley.
