Peeps you can't have it both ways.

You can't moan like drains because Dougie etc al are here and getting right on your tits.
Then carry on like pork chops when they run away and hide.
Have a laugh mate 🤣

Scott Parker. My first thought being that this would be such a Beaky thing to do. Unemployed with possibly no 'team' to bring with him and a one time 'next big thing' about him. I suppose he could swallow Roy's compo for that. Roy was accepted because his team comprised Ray Lewington only. I understand that Cooper and Potter have bigger 'team going with them' expectations.

I am not sure how this fits with the global begging bowl for new stand top up funding. If you want someone to put in an extra ringfenced £50M, they might want to see something more convincing. Unless if the begging bowl attempt fails, Beaky can pin new stand delay or mothballing on that. Handy.

Haha - favourite with who? Mrs Parker?
Apparently it’s a proper thing, too funny for words but the bookies rarely get it wrong. This would be funnier than when they renewed Wilf’s budget busting contract

Looking through the odds I still see Kieran McKenna as favourite with Scott Parker as second favourite.
I doubt McKenna would want to leave Ipswich at this stage but could be interested if Ipswich don’t get promoted this season.
Scott Parker could be a temporary replacement option?

Next manager markets are quite different. They can take your money for several possibles, and then a new option enters the field. There's also not much money on it.

“Can we write something about the light shows?”
“What? No!”
“Oh please! I’ll pay for it”
“FFS go on then. But keep it brief”

At half time the Palace PA played 'everything's gonna be alright' by Bob Marley.

Gallagher scores for Chelsea after 1 minute. They go on to score 3. And the Chelsea fans stole the Marley and sang it the whole second half.

You have to laugh a bit. I did :lolol:

Yes, sadly for those cheeky monkeys it turned into a bit of a audio OG.
Maybe save the sarky tunes for when you win?
