[Albion] Palace Fans Biggest Fear

Palace fans I know in Caterham are still of the opinion that they will stay up. From what I can gather the biggest fear is the goal keeper Hennessey who makes a mistake every week.

Adapted from the famous 1972 footballing novel The Palace Fans' Fear of the Hennessey I believe.

We all know they’ll stay up. We have to learn the norm - flukiest club in the UK. Always get themselves out of it luckily. I remember certain posters on here insisting they were down after that start to the season. But we all knew they’d probably turn it around..

I think my biggest fear as a Palace fan would be that when they go down, and Zaha gets sold, then suddenly his big talk about the rivalry is forgotten for £££££s and he turns up down here, banging them in for us.

Zaha playing for us will never happen, he hates us - but it opens up an interesting debate for the Albion faithful : would you / could you ever cheer Zaha if he wore the blue & white stripes ? it’s a no from me.

I waited years for the rivalry to start up again and be at levels like it was in the late 70’s and early 80’s.

Trouble is it’s now a totally different sort of rivalry. It’s about the result on the pitch................ ooh what have I said.

Hehehe matey.

The guys I spoke to were convinced that Palace would be getting a new stadium, would stay up and Zaha will return to save the day, meanwhile, in other news!

If we're safe by the time we play Palace, we'll get stuffed as the ****ers will go on the piss like last season when they blew the title.

The way we're performing there is no way on earth we'll only get one more win.

Equally no chance we will only lose 2 more games... !

Agree. I have us to lose 4. So 15 defeats in our debut Premier league season, Not to shabby.

Yes, Spurs and United could be tough but I'd been generous with a point against Palace & Hudders, overall we'll be safe and for that we should all be very happy!

Their biggest fear is, irrespective of what happens in the football, they will always be known as Pikey inbred c*nts

They like the term "bragging rights".......so I'd imagine their biggest fear is relegation whilst we stay up.

They'd hate that.

It would never happen. Zaha would never play for us and rightly so. He's so Palace he bought Ron Noades house, the one with the Palace crest tiled on the floor of the swimming pool!
