From that vid I would have to say that the cheerleaders in Croydon are very much like their new kit:

1) the colours are clearly different from what they should be

Tony ( Woodingdean Gull) presented something at Selhurts ( for the REMF) last season and was escorted by two very pleasant ladies from the Cheerleaders - a tad orange, but pleasant indeed.

I heard they were originally the hammerettes...or is that an urban myth?

We met two hammerette twins when we did the soccer am thing many years ago and they were HOT!!!!!( as one of them chose me for the catwalk thing) although Dwayne was not impressed by them seemly.
