Davis and Counago we didn't want,Bennett left in January,Gardner Danns and Clyne are still there with only Danns looking odds on to go.Plenty of time yet for both clubs to get new playersErm, you have lost Davis, Gardner,Bennett, Vaughan, Counago and possibly Danns and Clyne from a team that just missed relegation and you have replaced them all with Murray.
You don,t look to have a strong sqaud left to me to have so much confidence.

Not really,Charlton are more important to most of us.No only the Palace fans fear this might happen, most realistic Brighton fans will settle for mid table.
When did you sign Gardner?Davis and Counago we didn't want,Bennett left in January,Gardner Danns and Clyne are still there with only Danns looking odds on to go.Plenty of time yet for both clubs to get new players

We haven't but he wants to stay but only on the same £35000 a week that we are paying Murray. When did you sign Gardner?
Possibly. But hopefully they will come up and replace you lot.oh thats good the following season you could be playing them in div1

Look learn the rules on here mate.Number one being don't take anything at face value.LOLNot at all - most of us dislike Brighton more.
We haven't played them for so long that it seems we had forgotten them.
I admit, I was a little worried when I saw them at the top of the table with great players like Murray and Bennett. Luckily, the genius that is Gus Poyet saw fit to get rid of these players and hand them over to bigger clubs. Happy days!

I'm working early tomorrow. Those trolleys won't push themselves.Ha. Of course Nigel. That's why you keep on posting on a Brighton board on a Friday evening. Living the dream.

That's the one.You mean the £35000 a week that will be paid eventually at 5p in the Pound.
Long way to go before the opening match but even the most optimistic BHA fan would have to concede that our team is presently weaker than last year. With no improvements to the defence either - a lower half finish is reality & 4th bottom = success.

Nigel good one.Shame all the pictures on here have gone I enjoyed looking at how sad the twats on here calling us Nigels actually were.Including yourself.
Don't get upset Quentin. All I am saying is that you should take a good look in the mirror before calling somebody Nigel. Dork would be more appropriate in your case.Ooh! Cutting. How will I ever recover from such a devastating critique of my wardrobe?
Davis was released. Bennett was shit and left in January, we're trying to sign Gardner and he wants to come, Counago was a terrible Burley loan, Vaughan was good but we've replaced him with Murray and we've got "a large number of bids in for players" at the moment.
Freedman and Lennie Lawrence are keeping quiet, but we're in "advanced negotiations with several players" including Robert Earnshaw.
This nonsense about all our players leaving is completely untrue. Lennie Lawrence the assistant manager said only earlier today that the only player leaving in this transfer window will be Danns. We've got a decent squad as it is currently with more players being added next week. However, if a massive bid of a few million comes in for Ambrose/Clyne we'd be mental not to consider it. If someone wants Zaha they'll probably need a bit more than that, somewhere around £5m but maybe more.
Comparing yours to ours is quite funny, because I doubt you've got anyone close to the ability of Ambrose, Clyne, Zaha etc. Our team of academy youngsters improve massively every year, and this season will be a chance for Zaha and Scannell to showcase their abilities (before being sold for a large sum to Liverpool/Arsenal like Clyne might be - thankfully Zaha has 5 years left on his contract).
We're right to be confident about next season - and I think you might swallow your words when you see who we sign in the coming couple of weeks
