Nice to see Falmer on there, though I was a little worried to see this huge ice-rink / concert venue they're planning - won't that impact on Falmer?

That is Black Rock. There are transport issues to iron out (access) and I think they have had a deadline for the planning application extended.

The planning commitee are a big bunch of pensioners that dont like the whole idea of Brighton being a modern place, thats why so many futuristic designs get rejected.

It could be a brilliant vibrant city if they all leave the committee
