Out of interest, other than yourself, other freeholders, friends and family, have any 'outsiders' been fined and do you get anything back from the company?
Whilst Westdene Seagull will get you out of this, I'd have asked for proof that your permit was not visable.

I freind of mine got a ticket and never paid and nothing came of it but i think that was with a different ticketing firm. All my friends and family just up paying. Gets really awkward as they are usually just popping in or dropping off. If anyone is staying for longer than a few minutes that park down the road (which isn't that close)

You do not need a parking firm at all (no flats do) and no-one ever needs UKCPM. You will be so much happier without them.

The OP needs to kick out UKPCM immediately - he is a freeholder and should NEVER have taken them on.


As for the so-called appeals company the OP asked me by pm, if he could use, I pointed him to their TrustPilot page which is the worst known in the history of TrustPilot, IMHO. Out of the frying pan into the fire if you use such an aggressive, nasty one man and his dog outfit to try to beat a parking scam.
