The players are not the problem, the way they are being asked to play is.

Gosport, Hants
The midfield is desperately short on quality, no midfield battler to break up opposition play, no vision to play killer balls, no urgency to set up quick attacks and generally lightweight. Perhaps Ince can add a little muscle but was hoping Toko would be the man to replace Bridcutt and Holla would add the vision but so far a resounding no. Desperate times when we are depending on JFC to be our midfield general. Admittedly injuries to Stephens and Crofts hasn't helped but as yet I can't see the answer coming from the current crop of players.

Worthing
I'd go with:

Stockdale
Bruno
Greer
Dunk
Stephens
KLL
Baldock
Colunga

Fence:
Bennett
Ince
March
JFC
Walton - due to experience, will be though
Crofts - as don't think he'll recover to be the player he was
Hughes
Texeirra - will get better

Not good enough
Casper
Calderon sadly
Holla
Gardner
CMS sadly
O'Grady
Chicksen
Fenelon

Forget the manager and have a look at our current squad....

For me, only Greer, Dunk, TShearer, Stephens (injured) and Crofts (injured) are good enough to compete at the top end of The Championship.

Supertramp looks class but very inconsistent and a bit of a luxury. Lua Lua a good sub impact player.

The rest need a free transfer to Crawley pronto!

Our midfield of JFC, Gardener and Holla is very poor. Even previous fringe players like Hammond and Orlandi look a total different class to this bunch!
Crofts is awful, almost as bad as JFC, he has the touch of a pedophile
.
