Even with all of his injuries? Nah.
'fraid so.
Don't go confusing Cyclists with Soccerballists.

He'd always be favourite over Brad.
Sure he's knocked about a bit.
But Brad buried himself for Cav on Saturday, and that's a lot harder to recover from, esp after Le Tour.

Lots of people seem to be concerned about the lack of medals so far. What exactly have we missed out on this year that we won in 2008? The only ones I can think of are Womens Road Race (Gold in 08) and Womens 400m freestyle (Gold in 08). However, in both of these we still got a medal ...

After day 3 team GB had:

In Bejing: 1 gold, 1 bronze.
In London: 1 silver, 2 bronze.

This, obviously does not take account of the order the events are taking place in, but shows we are not doing brilliantly, but we are doing pretty damn well.

Tweddle? The gymnastic squad must be on a high at the moment.

The longer the gold drought goes on also puts Wiggo's time trial tomorrow in the frame. More pressure on the cyclists.
