Good to see the Russians struggling. Normally the third nation in the medals table but nowhere to be seen. Oh and can anyone see the Aussies in the table they look to be sinking just like their swimmers, even the Kiwis have more golds them then

Russians tend to come on strong late in the Games. It was this way in Beijing with us in 3rd for quite a while but then they caught us up.

That's the wimbledon effect of the olympics. I tried to do some Dressage in the local park last night and it was rammed!

And Ben Ainslie is probably favourite again, after winning his heat, and forcing the Dane back to 3rd by spoiling his wind.

Did you see big Ben's interview last night. the Dutch and Dame ganged up on him and told him he'd touched a marker when he thought he hadn't. To play safe he did a penalty turn and still finished well. Afterwards he was a very angry man. Loved his spirit.

He was not a happy bunny, and said he'd get even. Today it looks like he has. Good boy.

2 golds in the velodrome and a gold in the pool will do lovely this evening, or is that asking for too much?

Does anyone know if the big screen down by the beach will be showing the Adlington race at 7:30

Tell the peasants to get out of the way. Dressage practice is VERY important.
