Just checked his Twitter feed and it looks like he is back kicking a ball again, so could this deal be resurrected?

If he's on the straight and narrow and the risk of recurrence is minimal, I'd have him. Not a risk worth taking though, someone like Acquah who we've also been linked to before looks similar to him and would probably go for cheaper
