I'm a retired triathlete, everything from sprint distance to Ironman. After triathlon I became a cyclist (not a difficult transition) but am trying to get fit again after a knee injury, not easy at nearly 50 years of age.

Sports I enjoy watching are F1, MotoGP, rugby (both League and Union), cycling and probably several others, especially if it means avoiding the jobs Mrs T has lined up for me!

Play football on Sunday's and 5-a-side on Fridays.

Watch F1 and attend races when I can. Into most motorsports (on 4 wheels), BTCC, IndyCar, GP2, DTM, Aussie V8s etc

Enjoy baseball and basketball but don't really get to see as much as I'd like and will watch Tennis/Boxing if there's a big event going on.

Only really avidly watch footy. Cricket I watch if it's Sussex or England, and occasionally watch F1 if I happen to be in front of a telly at race time. Other than that I just keep a general interest in most sport, except rugby (although I did jump on the band-chariot when England won the WC).

Still Play cricket, chess and golf ...at my age...sheesh.

Go to gym 5 times a week and swimming every time, doing Pilates 3 times a week. I should be fit as hell, but I struggle to lose weight ( one stone two pounds from new years day though)

Watch most sports, but getting into pinks.....the drag racing show on extreme tv...it's brilliant.
